        "text": "Day two of my birthday weekend started hungover as shit, landing at @franklinbbq just after 5am to get in line. 3hrs rest. I wanted to be first. I wanted his beef rib only served on weekends. Watching TV in the Tesla I waited for the first person to land. I was ok being second in the door. I saw a bright orange jacket show up, so I rushed in. I landed my team spot #12. People were there since 4am. All good, I prayed I'd still get a rib. The orange jacket turned out to be a Clemson fan, my enemy of the Texas Longhorns that day, my favorite college team.  \n \nWe beat them ‼ \n \nWhen you're a foodie like me waiting in line for over 5 hours was cake. It did help I had bottles of water, dressed warm, and my coworker showed up with beers. I wished I had weed. The conversations and laughs that day almost pushed this impulsive diva to sign a lease that afternoon! \n \nThe feast? Unforgettable. In line, they asked what we wanted, my coworkers looked at me, then in unison, he's got this! We ordered everything and the wonderful lady checking us out gave us the desserts for free for my birthday.  The best brisket, jalapeño sausage, and beef rib I've ever had. He had a [[HIGHLIGHT]]coffee[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] based bbq sauce only available on site that was legendary too. Worth every minute of that wait. Still stoked we landed a photo with the man himself, and took a full tour of the smoker setup out back.  \n \nIt's a fact, EVERYTHING is bigger in Texas!  \n \nI can't wait to go back!",
